Hello. My name is Jessica Rogers. I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor working in a small private practice in Stourport, near Worcester in the West Midlands.
I am here to listen, drawing on a range of counselling theories, aiming to provide therapy that is suited to the needs, issues and personal preferences of the client. I am committed to putting you first, working to professional standards, showing you respect, building an approptiate relationship with you, maintaining integrity, and demonstrating accountability and candour. I work in a quiet, relaxing space and offer both long and short term, confidential counselling to young people, adults, couples and families.
I have experience supporting people who are experiencing a diverse range of emotional and psychological issues in their personal and working lives. My aim is to help you challenge and reflect on current issues, and those in the past, that may be preventing you from moving forward. So, if you are suffering from anxiety, stress and/or long term problems/issues, then talking to a trained counsellor can help you make sense of your situation.
I am a registered member of the BACP; I am also an accredited member of the NATIONAL COUNSELLING SOCIETY and can be found on their Accredited Register. I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy of both bodies.
I hope the information contained on this site will help you make an informed decision about counselling and whether I might be the right person to help you with the issues or problems you are experiencing.
NB – 20/03/20 Considering the current health situation I want to reassure clients that I am still offering phone sessions, video call via Whatsapp and/or Face Time
